The apartment, located on the second floor, is conveniently situated on the right-hand side of the corridor, just a left turn away from the elevator. Upon entering, you will be greeted by an entrance hall with the main bathroom conveniently adjacent. A corridor will guide you towards the main bedroom and the open-plan area, which combines the kitchen, living, and dining spaces. From here, you will have direct access to your own private balcony. Please note that all areas within the apartment are private and solely for your enjoyment.
