Frequently Asked Questions

Bus: Route depends on the property location.
Taxi: Normal taxis located at the airport arrivals (white taxis) cost 25 euros each way, accommodating up to 5 people with medium luggage.
Ride-hailing Apps: Uber, Bolt, and eCabs apps are available on smartphone app stores and play stores.
Private Transfer: We can provide a private transfer if you send us your flight details with 24 hours' notice before your arrival. Transfer costs €50 per car (maximum 4 people) for 2 ways (arrival and departure), payable to the driver, preferably in cash.

 

 

Before Check-in

Yes, you can. We will send you specific instructions at 12:00 PM on the day of check-in. From then onwards, you can check in anytime you want.

 

The earliest you can check-in is 12:00 PM. At that time, you can leave your luggage and wait for the apartment to be ready. It should be ready by 3:00 PM.

Wi-Fi codes are written in the leaflet found in every apartment and are also sent to your email prior to your check-in time.

Parking is allowed anywhere within the white lines/boxes in Malta. While we do not offer designated private parking, finding a spot is usually manageable with some patience. Be sure to watch for signs indicating timed parking zones or temporary no parking restrictions to avoid having your car towed. Read More

Google Maps is a very easy and user-friendly way with lots of information to get around the island, including bus routes and numbers.

 

During Your Stay

We send instructions to your email and have notes attached to each entrance door of both the building and the apartment itself.

The apartment will be equipped with:

  1. Bed cover/duvet (depending on the season)
  2. 1 bath and hand towel per person
  3. 1 set of dry-cleaned bed linen per bed
  4. A bottle of water upon arrival
  5. Basic tea, coffee, sugar, salt, and pepper
  6. Shower gel, hand soap, wet wipes, and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
  7. Dish soap, washing liquid, and kitchen scrubbing sponge
  8. 1 washing machine tablet
  9. 1 kitchen cloth for wiping and another for drying purposes
  10. Cleaning products, utensils, and one general microfiber cloth
  11. Waste garbage bags (x3) and a kitchen bin
  12. Hairdryer
  13. Drying rack for clothes
  14. Iron and ironing board
  15. A basic welcome pack that includes a taste of local traditional snacks and beverages

Water and electricity are free for the first 28 days. For reservations longer than 28 days, a nominal fee of 75 euros per apartment is required from the 29th day onwards, covering the next 28 days. For a 3-month booking, the extra utility fee totals 150 euros.

The provided essentials are complimentary, but we do not restock them during your stay. For stays over 7 days, we can provide an extra set of linen and towels for free upon request. Additional towels (7.50 euros for a pack of 1 large and 1 medium towel), extra/change of sheets (15 euros), and an extra duvet (25 euros) are available. All apartments have a washing machine and drying rack for your convenience.
